Durzo Blint and Azoth

Quick little sketch I made of Durzo Blint and Azoth from Brent Weeks's Night Angel Trilogy, and little notes I made of descriptions of them.

My friend is reading this series to me. It's good. I like Durzo Blint. I like the older men that smell like garlic all of the time. xDDDD

Pick up the book if you can. It's a bit ehhh at first but I hear it's good. It's starting to get interesting.

On a note about Azoth's color. I heard from a friend that for some reason he bleaches his hair during one of the other books. His hair, I believe, cannot be black, because bleached black hair doesn't look right. However, with dark brown hair, such as my own, bleaching can make it light brown, dirty blonde, or even normal blonde. Think of it. Remove the darkness out of black and you get white. Remove the darkness out of brown and you get kind of an orangey or blonde color, right? Like, a lighter brown or a blonde. As for his eye color, on closer inspection of the picture on the cover of the book, at first I thought the man's eyes looked green. Using Photoshop, I determined they were sort of black (though that may be due to excessive shade), so I just made them dark brown to match his hair. Dark hair and dark eyes is a very common combination after all.
